Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
We require a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellations of IT support appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, we will consider it a "No Show." In this case, we will charge a $50 Callout Fee to cover the time and expenses incurred by our team in preparing for your appointment. The no-show fee will be added to your account and is payable by the invoice due date.
Payment
Failure to pay due invoices may result in account progress for recovery actions.
Prepaid Bookings
All online bookings made through our online platform are subject to time confirmation and availability by The 7 Geeks. Our team will reach out to you to confirm the booking time, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
While we strive to accommodate your preferred time, we may need to adjust it based on our scheduling and technician availability. In cases where your chosen time slot is unavailable, our team will reach out to find an alternative appointment time. Full Refunds will be provided for prepaid appointments with reasonable cancellation notice.
