There is a $50 call-out fee for all on-site visits. If you need to cancel, we ask for 2 hours' notice so we can reassign the slot. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a small admin fee.

Yes, an adult (18+) needs to be present for the duration of any on-site visit. For remote sessions, you just need your device powered on and an internet connection.

Every 7 Geeks technician undergoes a National Police Check before they can work with us. We also verify identity, qualifications, and conduct ongoing performance reviews.

Remote support starts from $49. On-site visits start from $89 for up to one hour. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. Parts (if required) are quoted upfront before any work begins.
